Questions
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book any doctor, physiotherapist or lab test directly. If you use insurance, check whether your insurer wants a referral for physiotherapy.
Does my insurance cover this?
We bill most private insurers directly: bring your policy number. Kela reimbursement is deducted at the counter, and employers can be billed too.
Which languages do you speak?
Everyone speaks Finnish and English, and many of us Swedish. You can filter by language on the Doctors page.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel free up to 24 hours before, in the app or by replying to your reminder text. Later cancellations are charged 50%.

What you see is what you pay. Kela reimbursement comes off at the counter, and insurers are billed directly.
